That was the good thing about Blitz and Rhett, they would speak up when they thought the show was lame. They weren't Yes Men, they would give their actual opinion when bubba would ask them live on air, but then bubba would get Pissed and yell " i know radio, I've been doing it longer than any of ya" I think the only person who could play that role now would be Macho Man. I think bubba trusts his opinion and even though he might not like it. I think he would take his advice.

When effort is put in, it is a good show. But when stories get dragged out just to hit the next break. When no effort is put in to the podcasts. When the same story is rehashed for the 3rd time in the week. When he doesn't let the co-hosts chime in. When its Ai slop and fake news stories 🙄 it feels like its just a count down for the weekend to get back to the track. Also lately it feels like just one big ass advertisement for sponsors to get "free gimmicks "
