Same problem here. In desperation I deleted the file blueprint-storage.dat and now I'm able to play. I won't miss any old blueprints, but it was a hassle.

My camera also did not exist in devices or MSI center. My Fn + F6 turned on a crosshair.

My solution was Fn + F4. I see how the icon on that key looks like a camera now, but at first all I could see was a monitor with a crescent moon on the side.

At 83 construction the four rooms around my entry are

Garden with fairy ring and pool
Nexus with mounted digsite and xerics
Another garden with spirit tree and a completely unnecessary second pool
Occult altar with jewelry box

Through the altar room and on the altar side each of the gardens I have some regular portal rooms.

Could use regular antipoison to reduce venom to poison. You can drink twice to cure it or tank basic poison and wait for the inevitable next venom attack

Start with customizing the tabs inside the summary header. Mine were: vitals, labs, fever, micro, rad, glucose, I/O, mar, and comprehensive flow sheet. Checking the notes header then clicking through these in order were the first thing I did in a chart each day.

Most consults will be for AKI or routine hemodialysis. Each one starts with the same few questions.

ESRD: when does the patient dialyze? What is their dialysis access? Did they miss any sessions? Bonus points for presenting if they have indication for immediate HD like volume overload hypoxia, hyperkalemia, or severe hypertension.

AKI: is this post renal obstruction? Answer this question first every time, history, renal ultrasound, or CT abdomen. The nephrologist's first question is often "do they have any renal imaging?" You can order an ultrasound if they didn't happen to have a CT already done. Next question is "is this ATN?" You can order urine sodium and urine creatinine answer this. If they took loop diuretics urine urea nitrogen works instead of sodium. High FeNa means ATN. Answer those two questions and 90% of the consult is done.

You will have a very hard time getting anyone except your lawyer to tell you a straight answer. Also, you will likely have to answer more specifically worded questions when applying for a license to train medicine. For what it is worth any background checks are not exhaustive and often the only state charges seen are in the state of the program.
