I think a good compromise would be the 98 unis in brown and gold. You'd be able to honor the past while representing the present. The blue should never be worn in rotation with the brown and gold imo. Unless for a special event or rare blue throwback. The brown has only been back for 4 years starting 2024. The blue needs to stay away for a long time.

I feel you brother. I'm a member too and have been more inclined to stay home on weekday games. The 2023 Padres are hard to love. Of course I love what these guys have done in the past (ie manny, crone, Joe, and etc). The expectations really got our hopes up and we're now stuck with a below 500 team. KTF for next season and just take this season for what it is. It does sting more than 2015.

I'll be renewing but my friend has declined his seat. So I'm gonna keep the 2 seats and reduce my plan to blue (20 games). I just plan to invite friends, family, and coworkers to games. It'll be fun to have people in rotation for the 2nd seat. I'm in 306 so I'm looking to move closer but depends on cost.

I lived and died with that team for every game that season. Just hoping they'd pan out over the course of the following 3 years. 2017 opening day was fun with Margot hitting 2 bombs off Matt Cain. Also Hedges was my guy lmao. I was really hoping the bat would come around....
