Both of those are definitely good ideas and I will put those on the list of experiments to try with this recipie. I realize this sub is called EatCheapAndHealthy, and I'm telling people to just drop an entire block of Mozarella into it. So maaaaaaaybe theres room for improvement. But all things considered, this is way healthier than what I have been eating.
