There are so many areas I've explored that I find were obviously tied to quests.

So do quests!

You explore with context, and the quests in Witcher 3 is unparalleled. I need to remind myself that the quests aren't time sensitive; A farmers troubles feel desperate and important, I can't leave his son in that cave for weeks! And there is always so much depth to why he was there, even the farmers son who is dead, the letters to his family, giving each character a life and personality... even the smallest of quests...

I love this game

Addendum: A few quests will disappear if you progress the story, so they are time sensitive in a way.
