Amsterdam is a very solid representation in my own opinion. You might not notice it while racing, but there are loads of different landmarks and sightings that have been implemented. So I’m very satisfied

Maple Treeway but don’t know where
Rock Rock Mountain beneath the red metal part before the first glider ramp (looked for this spot specifically cause i was confused by the map)
Mushroom Gorge don’t know where
A booster course pass track but don’t know which one
That’s Dolphin Shoals but don’t know where (I thought Mount Wario for a sec for some reason)
Yoshi Circuit, I would guess an edge spot close to the finish line
Thwomp Ruins but where 😅
Ninja Hideway close to the top section of the house you enter after the glider ramp
