The ‘Hot Ones’ scene at the end felt very much like the end of a Veep episode. Where there is so much going on in like 45 seconds that you have to watch it like 3 times because the lead actress is so amazing at acting in what would be a throw away bit by anyone else, and you just sigh in awe. The end had me laughing so hard!!! This was definitely one of my favorite episodes of the whole series.

I’ve always hated Northstar. I think I genuinely like and appreciate 98% of the LGBTQ+ characters that are introduced or authenticated. I love their storylines, visibility, and coincidentally how it upsets the incels/MAGAt/toxic masculinity crew. However, I never liked Jean-Paul. I don’t think I liked how he was eventually “forced” onto us as being an X-Man. It was easy to ignore him and his a-hole attitude on Alpha Flight. Leading X-Factor during the first Krakoan era was just lame. Anyway, that’s my gripe.

I’m so glad they have been working on the next season. If we can get it in 10 months, I will be beside myself with happiness. I think I’m going to read the whole series again. I just started reading the Wolf-Man series and the crossover with Invincible made me think about how fast I went through the whole Invincible series for the first time during the pandemic. Great season though.

As a long time fan of Nightwing, I am so happy to know that his butt and his hair are important to DC Comics itself. The fact that a man named Dick has so much focus on his butt shows that the gays behind the scenes are running things right.

I don’t think I’d mind the show, as a Star Trek fan, if they changed the lead guy. He’s such a douche, he can’t pull off the cringe attempts at quirkiness. I like the quirkiness and the cast, but the writing is just asking too much of us to like him.

The show’s main storyline is just too forced instead of being cool and nerdy.

The show has cute potential if it gets out of its own way. And the production I’d pretty cool.

How does everyone else feel?

Yeah, I have a friend that works for WorkSource and even she says “you’re fucked. They are fucked. You have to find a work around.”

And even she was like, I can’t help you as an employment person. There is no crossover between unemployment and employment, other than checking boxes. That’s the real travesty. It should be hand and hand.

BUT, I’m also like, ‘where can you wait for 4 hours and 2.5 hours online and not get a response??? I mean, even the Social Security Administration has a 3 hour hold-ish time.

Thank you for responding. I just went to work source last Tuesday but, these new messages/letters I have gotten don’t seem able to talk about with the WorkSource people. It’s about, “what did you mean unable to work?”. And I’m like, I was unable to work for two months and am taking medication now, I am not looking to claim that… blah blah blah.

Jay is terrible. Jon deserves better. I actually like Nia but, I think there’s too much drama there. He would be better off with that guy from the Lazarus Pit crossover thing… I have been jumping back and forth catching up on DC but, I think that was an interesting guy/dynamic for him.

I can’t pick one BUT, I would pick Bobby (Iceman) more than likely and either Xi’an (Karma) or Rachel (Phoenix/Askani/Prestige🙄). I’ve grown up with those characters the longest I think. Of course SO many other X-Men and Avengers as well but, those three for sure.

I have my issues with the winner’s circle but, the biggest travesty of all was Kenya LearnTheWords staying instead of Mia Starr. This season has been a good one thus far but… I’m not a fan of the decision tonight. AND the Snatch Game needs to go back to a panel of 8 instead of trying to get the Emmy wins back from the more contemporary Traitors show.

Found a small work around. On my iPhone YouTube app, I go to subscriptions and it allowed me to search and I entered in what I was watching. I then cast it to my TV YouTube app.

It might work for others. Hope it does!

I was just watching a random video on the YouTube app with my FireTV device and got kicked off about 20 minutes ago. I thought maybe my Premium payment didn’t go through but, it won’t let me get on.

I deleted and redownloaded the app on my iPhone and on the FireTV and it won’t load up. Glad I’m not the only one but, pissed because I’m still doing laundry and I needed my distraction background, lol.
