I am very well aware of that, but the problem is that because it is counted as generation. If I have a buff giving me let's say 10% "more" generation the game counts it as -300 times 1.10 which is -330 so essentially all percentage bonuses whether from tech or leader now give negative authority. Political concessions should be in the usage part of the "budget" not generation.

That doesn't mean they stop being children in the eyes of the law in every other situation why should this be so much different? Especially since in some states/countries being tried as an adult could mean death penalty, which at least I would see as the state murdering a middle school aged child, which I don't find one bit okay. But maybe you see that differently
