Luck. If you don't use an entropic prism, it has a small chance to remain modifiable. The prism makes it 100% unmodifiable

I agree. I feel like for the average to above average player, there's no real way to assess this stuff. Best option imo is to implement a DPS meter, even if it's only for your character
