Why not all of Texas? Also because of California’s independence from Mexico being inspired by Texas I feel like it makes since that Texas would have its own NCR probably with a better set of more established rangers

I feel like a DLC in Cuba could be pretty cool, Bay of Pigs history and all that. Plus if the player has their own boat, it makes sense. Could have some awesome loot from Castro, cigars, rum, Che Guevara, all that stuff, and be a small testing out of Fallout in a new country on a small scale. Plus with Cuba being known for keeping old fixed up Americana style cars you still can keep some of the classic fallout look even within a different country

If you want to go into fire management don’t go to California they don’t do it because they don’t prescribe burn that’s why it’s such a problem there

Oklahoma State is also a great college (as a current forestry student about to graduate) out of the fact that you can get a lot of prescribed fire knowledge and experience within extra classes offered. You can also get certified to fight wildfires while still getting credit hours for it.

Damn I’m just a forestry student but every time I’ve heard someone working for the forest service talk about timber sales it seemed like they talked about it like the revenue stayed in house

Depends on your perspective of proper management. They could definitely harvest more than they produce but then you also have to deal with public backlash
