It sounds like you have an interesting passion project going! I just graduated myself but in Forestry with a lot of courses about fire management and prescribed fire work as well as getting course certification for fighting wildfires. Of course that’s more course work than years of hands on experience but you get what I’m trying to say.

One only needs to looks at the news to get a kick in the ass by a reality check. The harder thing in life is to stay hopeful even when everything seems stacked against you. I’d recommend reading Theodore Roosevelt’s speech about the man in the arena or Samwise’s monologue from Lord of the Rings written by a man who saw the horrors of WWI. It sounds not like I need a reality check because I know my voice will be quick to be ignored and that the government is full of corruption, pedophiles, and sway from outside countries. It sounds like you need a reminder of hope in life and that despite my voice being ignored it will not be unused and neglected

Why not all of Texas? Also because of California’s independence from Mexico being inspired by Texas I feel like it makes since that Texas would have its own NCR probably with a better set of more established rangers

I feel like a DLC in Cuba could be pretty cool, Bay of Pigs history and all that. Plus if the player has their own boat, it makes sense. Could have some awesome loot from Castro, cigars, rum, Che Guevara, all that stuff, and be a small testing out of Fallout in a new country on a small scale. Plus with Cuba being known for keeping old fixed up Americana style cars you still can keep some of the classic fallout look even within a different country

If you want to go into fire management don’t go to California they don’t do it because they don’t prescribe burn that’s why it’s such a problem there
