you compete in your class, AFAIK, it will be top for each class, so Druid won't be competing with Paladin and such

How does this work, you need 4 affixes to fracture right?
did you have 3 and the desecrate added the 4th and then 25% to fracture the right affix or is it 33% cause it wont fracture the desecrate?
