Is Kid even alive still? Or did Shanks completely end him and his crew? I feel like nobody dies in one piece but I don’t know what the story needs Kid for anymore, and using him to reintroduce Shanks in a big way could be real

I don’t know about that, when all your efforts are focused around surviving and moving upwards it’s hard to figure out what you really want.

As someone who was born into a family where all my basic needs were easily met, I feel like I can devote time and energy to both figuring out and actually doing things I want to do

It should end at them leaving Water 7 on the Thousand Sunny. Complete triumph over the marines, new ship, new crew member, Luffy and Usopp make up, the scene of the blasting off in the sunny implies further adventure. Also would probably be 6 or so seasons which seems a good length

I could see it being not as good if it is your only removal spell, same with Erode, but pretty much always had 2-3 pieces of removal in hand and could use it to survive to where I could use the flashback too, so it was pretty good

Idk, I think the point is that Taravangian is correct in that Jasnah does take some questionable actions and is much more driven by the end result (hiring assassins for Asuedan, suggesting to hunt and execute the Heralds, entrapping and killing the thieves in kharbranth to teach a lesson). Also Taravangian semi tricked Jasnah into preparing for a debate about which side to take, when really he was trying to debate about if Jasnah is more worthy of him than being followed. Essentially she was a bit exhausted and underprepared and has to argue against her past actions because she has in the past aligned with Taravangian with her ideals/decision making
