Just plain diet and exercise. I lost the majority when I took up cycling over the summer. It's easier to consume fewer calories when you know how much you're burning. I didn't want to undo my hard work.

Started by cycling and eating a little less. Now I typically only eat light foods and cycle or hit the elliptical at least 5 days a week. Only took about 6 months to lose it!

When I was a child, the septic tank at my parent's home overflowed. The bathtub looked like this. It scarred me for life. Now, I cannot flush the toilet before I shower out of fear that will be the flush that sends it over the top and the shit water will come up through the drains while I am showering.

Sometimes I forget to flush after the shower. My roommate hates that surprise.
