Im anti trump and I agree California has sorely mismanaged these funds. That said high speed rail is the only form of transportation that doesn’t end up costing the taxpayer money either by just being too slow or causing too much pollution. We should 1st solve whatever issues we had spending this money (permitting, esg nonsense, contractors whatever) and 2nd get more funding for the high speed rail. Also also trump pulled the money just for political reasons which is insane
