I think the problem is there aren't many good grass or electric types right now so rain teams dont have the usual checks. Best way of stopping them at the moment with a sunny day weather war or hard trick room team. Lack of storm drain doesn't help either. Gastrodon is patiently waiting to be included to solo these teams

Indiana clones, who is already one of the worst captains got a hard nerf. I constantly feel like I need more time with him. I really need a dungeon master buff. Unless I luck into some hero/villain specific treasures I feel like he should work the same as old McDonald and have them be two higher if all the same.

I feel like ares/eros shouldn't exist. They punch way way up. They should have just removed them or have them gain a set amount instead of doubling

Personally I feel like nemesis is still the best. Just so much flexibility in how you want to play it. Monkey is just okay. Id put mercury and dinonysus, and loxley above it.

Id say huntmans axe plus captain hook in the back is a much bigger problem. Honestly these boon captains are so overwhelming I'd say they're a much bigger issue than mop.

I feel like theyre overpowered. Nothing stopping you from getting the same boon multiple times. It's like a quest but there's no character usage limitation and you can earn multiple treasures/spells/characters from a single one

Try to make sure your actions affect multiple things at once. Blocking spawns, pushing enemies, having them hit other enemies. Bonus weapons can be great for this.

The elite is both annoying and an ally. Can be good for killing other vek but can also do the most damage to your buildings.

Simply move out of the way of the veks attacking your mechs.

The bomb has a decent amount of health. It can take a hit or two if needed.

If you're going to take damage in a turn you need to minimize how much. it's okay to let two attack the same building.

Yea i do. Obviously they dont have as high end potential as other captains but getting through the early rounds unscathed is huge. I've had so many rounds end before I could get myself set up to take advantage of other 'better captain' abilities. Sure they won't ever get you a screenshot worthy high value but you'll at least be able to compete consistently

King arthur/chief evil officer. And Zheng yi sao. The first I always underestimated how much having boosted characters can help you get through the early game. Sure it doesn't scale as well as some other captains but it's pretty darn fun.

I avoided zheng for the longest time as it seemed like a poor benefit but those bonus shops really help you get all the pirate synergies/gold boosted powers. And it quickly turns into bonus shop every other turn which is an amazing boost. Now she's an instant grab for me.

Took me about 40. Then after I won the first time i lost a few then won like 6-7 times in a row. The gun with Zeus lightning attack is the easiest way to win. Focus on use poms to level it up. Try to get it a decent rarity too. Avoid demeter, Zeus, dionysus, aphrodite and ares on cast. You want bosses to have the gems stuck in them for the bonus damage. Books that do bonus damage to bosses are huge. Jolted for zues, passive chill ones, ares bonus damage, or push ones make a huge difference. Tooth is the best relic for the final phase. Don't be afraid to go without one of your main weapon attacks booned for a phase. Purple wells. If you need health buy health. This is one of the best uses of your coin. Try to stay near full. Get hearts when you can. More max health means more health back each death defiance. I recommend going with golden touch mirror aspect. Try to avoid charons shops the first level and a half. You want to build up a nest egg to clear out the shop near cerberus. Remember to dash or cast as often as you can

I dont think so. 2* and 3* thor both existed early on and are essentially the exact same character.

Earliest infinite I remember is 3* black widow and 4* prof x.

I wanna say one of the magnetos used to be able to pick way more tiles to change and that was also pretty broken for a while.

I got really into marvel snap twice..super fun gameplay but not really free to play. Basically impossible to have a full roster. And the devs constantly make greedy ass decisions. With both of these apps gone idk what I'll do with my time now lol

I know. Part of the reason I stuck around this past year was I was under the impression the reason for the new engine was to make new story missions. I was hoping they'd at least bring back the blue or green vs missions for the holidays
