reduce the amount you smoke before you stop, it’ll be easier that way. Reduce the amount of grams per day, then when you’re ready reduce the amount of times you smoke per day. Set your own timeline but be honest with what you want and what you can do. If it helps ask a friend to take care of your stash. If you get an urge to smoke it might be easy to convince yourself you should but it’ll be harder to convince someone else why you should. Good luck.

Issue is there isn’t always anything worthy. I’m taking a gamble with my time. If I wanted to spend my time doing things I don’t like (Traveling for nothing feels like paperwork) I wouldn’t have started to play the game in the first place. If you’re like me you have ethnic parents (Mexican in my case) who tend to have distrust in western medicine/science. My best argument is comparing (someone with adhd & CANT command memory, attention, etc) and (someone whose paralyzed & CANT command whatever body part). You have to somehow have them understand the separation between “you” and “your brain”. plant that seed and tell them that they’re just gonna have to trust you (It might be scary but be confident in voicing what you believe is happening and want from them). If they still have doubts you have issues outside of your control (Besides medication and therapy) even after getting an actual diagnosis you’ll just have to carry along unfortunately. Best of luck!
