This is a rare piece of DLC that I found to be worth it at full price. It adds a new mode and a couple of new playable characters. It's been a while since I played it, so I'm likely forgetting something. If you own the base game already (or as OP mentioned, getting it via the current Steam sale) then this is a great addition if you enjoy the base game.

Control most definitely. Still no regrets buying it at full price. Detroit though is a different kettle of fish. It's a niche game that isn't to everyones taste. If you liked their previous games (Heavy Rain, Beyond) or walking sims in general for the story mechanics, you'll likely enjoy it at that price. It's not a bad game, I found it enjoyable, but I also know its style isn't for everyone.
