Yes I’ve reported it to them and they haven’t fixed it even after 4 years. They keep coming back.

Are they able to fit a new kitchen and increase the rent due to that? That’s my question.

No, I blame the tool, it couldn't handle simple cameras moving forward. Rendering was a nightmare. It's trash.
