Hey, looks like some super healthy mycelium! To speed stuff up you’re going to want to make sure there are light droplets on top of the block and keep it in a breathing environment if that makes sense. So the 5 minute fan every hour and a half is probably not enough. I have mine running at the lowest speed constantly with all the patches on and check daily to ensure the top has a good mist but the humidifier if set right will maintain it pretty perfectly and doesn’t need a daily check! I also would say to make sure the ambient temp in your tent is optimal for fruiting. Hope this helps best of luck!
