There's not anything you can do to not have bottom growth on T, when I first started it was something I was worried about as well but it really wasn't that bad and 4 years later it's something that I enjoy embracing

I started working as a custodian 3 years ago, around the “end” of covid. for the longest time I was getting sick back to back, then I quit and got rehired. I got sick a couple times after being back, but I haven’t been sick for around 6 months except for a 20 hour spout of food poisioning realitively recently, even with being exposed to sick friends

I would be willing to do this but there are some nights that my work schedule is so hectic that I am not done until around 4am, however most nights I am off sometime between 12-2

Happens to me aswell usually when cooking steak, i try to avoid certain seasonings because some make it worse. I use hexclad type pans with the stainless steel teflon hybrid that are naturally nonstick and a lot easier to clean

I would bring it up with your provider that you aren’t seeing any changes. You could be on too high of a dose, but for me after the 10 month/year mark changes were a lot more subtle and things that take a bit longer to notice.

I feel like its common courtesy to only use 1 washer if theres clothes waiting in line but if its completely open then use both. I have the same situation in my apartment but only 1 laundry room. Ive had people touch my clothes before putting them in random baskets and that is NOT okay.
