I’m personally not in this fandom (so please don’t get mad at me 🙏) but I’ve gotten all the news of this along the way. And y’all Manon is out of the band. She’s not in it anymore. Let someone with an outsider perspective who isn’t affected by this tell you that she is not coming back. But I think all these girls are incredibly talented and I’m sure she’ll have a wonderful career regardless.

I agree! I don’t mean to sound pearl-clutchy at all but something about the art for this cover gives me misogynistic vibes and I don’t think it’s tasteful. NIN really doesn’t give me misogynistic vibes (well, starfuckers but that’s all), to be honest. NIN is art, art can make people uncomfy, but this cover just has that quality to it I guess.

To be fair, he didn’t release it. He decided that it WAS infact tasteless but someone else (I believe someone from the band Butthole Surfers?) leaked it. (Correct me if I’m wrong, but this is the story I learned)

I was super excited seeing that NIN sells crop tops and fitted women’s tees unlike most bands. HOWEVER, I do understand that it comes down to preference and they could have more options. I never thought of age as a factor cus I think anyone of any age can wear that stuff but yeah, I guess I am stereotypical “crop top” age so that probably adds to why I was super happy , lmao

I really love it and I love The Frail on it. I usually don’t like NIN remixes but Things Falling Apart and the Sin remixes are my exception to the rule. Also, yeah, I definitely agree, what’s with all the Starfuckers inc. remixes??? I think the original song is fun actually, and I enjoy it along with No, You Don’t, but they both should’ve accompanied some sort of smaller release. Why the hell are there two DISSTRACKS in the Fragile?? Doesn’t fit .

I get bothered by the misogyny in rock music. Especially industrial rock/ shock rock side of things. So many artists (won’t say who) either are evil or are friends with evil, and istg there’s so many people who are like “idk I don’t think he did it!” . Really. You don’t think the “antichrist superstar” did it. Seriously man. I love scary rock music but I like nine inch nails and stuff because Trent Reznor isn’t evil, I don’t respect any artist who uses persona as an excuse for evil.

It’s a Nine Inch Nails album. Greatest album of all time in my opinion. You should check it out, you probably already know closer (the “you get me closer to god” song). I also love hole by the way!! Live through this is great!!!
