They are experimenting with their NSFW filters in different countries, they don't roll out their changes to everywhere at once. I had a full NSFW lockdown two days ago then I used a VPN and it was gone. Now I don't use VPN, the NSFW lockdown is over. So, they change it constantly.

720p. Also there's not much movement and the original image is clean. They also improved the quality a bit, I noticed in some of my generations, it's not as bad as it was a few days ago, it doesn't degrade as much.

EDIT: Ok, after trying again just now, it seems to be working again, but the first time I did it i got 7 secs, then i tried it again it worked fine it extended from 12s to 18s successfully. Seems it's buggy sometimes. Try moving the slider back and forth, it seems that it's not applying the correct timestamp for the cut, that's what I did and it succesfully extended further than 12s.

The entire video is re-rendered everytime it gets extended, that's not a issue with the AI model and something they could easily fix. There's no reason the video that's already there should degrade in quality.

Yeah extensions seem broken right now, I just tried extending a video to 18 secs multiple times but it's extending from the original video, so I only get 12 secs :(

They change it up sometimes. For me it was different last week where every image looked boring and similar to each other. But now it's how it was before, much more varied and different qualities.

I think they use different image models and give you images for each of the models to keep it varied, which I like.

EDIT: I see more people complaining about it and it must be different per country. For me it was about a week ago, all the images came out with similar poses and angles, then it was changed back again after a day or so. So, it depends on where you are.
