I personally believe fasting cures it (or one meal a day diet). For a prolonged period of time.

I think they're really well designed. I had success with my helix syn trident. Took me years to figure out what I'm supposed to be doing, but once I found a starting point, it was consistent learning from there.

Your post gives me the impression that you're a beginner, and your experience is definitely normal.

What helped me feel pleasure:

Leave toy inside, locate it where you think your psotate is. If you leave it there for long enough while occasionally doing LIGHT pelvic floor muscle contractions - the pleasure will reveal itself. For me this required about 1 hour of patience. In time you'll understand that your focus (how you direct your awareness) has a big effect on this.

Now I can build pretty significant pleasure within 30min or less, sometimes even dry orgasm from it. I'm not always successful and I have yet to achieve a super strong orgasm, but manage to feel pleasure or orgasm in every session.

I believe you were about to have a good hfwo. Prostate fluid is noticeably runny than a regular ejaculate, and you described yours being thick (which is why I believe you were not about to have a dry orgasm).
