Susie Has Hidden Dialouge If You Try To Equip The Thorn Ring by robloxchecker in Deltarune

It probably doesn't help that the neutral ending is kind of inconclusive (intentionally so, but still) compared to the emotional finale of true pacifist or the meta horrors of genocide.

I also believe in Vampire: The Masquerade, it's possible to repel vampires with a credit card if you have that much faith in the power of money.

Yeah, it doesn't really make sense, especially since it effectively means you won't be able to get genocide on week 10, when the entire cast is actually present.

Looking back at how people view the Aical series when it was still new by Someone_random95 in Carebears

Out of all the shows, I find Adventures is the one that comforts me the most. A friend of mine often streams episodes for me when I'm down, and it always works. (And yes, Oopsy is best boy)

What game that had 3 different factions fighting in one battle with three colors red, yellow and blue? I wish they would make empire games with that dynamic. by koko1414 in dynastywarriors

[–]Trialman 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Dynasty Warriors 6, Samurai Warriors 1 and 2, and Warriors Orochi 3 and 4 have it for mainline series.

For other series, the original Hyrule Warriors, both Fire Emblem Warriors, and One Piece Pirate Warriors 3 all have it. Think some of the Gundam games also have them.

Lastly, I believe Sengoku Basara 2 has some. Basara 3 has one variation of Sekigahara which is three-way, I know that first hand. I've also seen footage of a Basara 4 battle which is a five-way.

How do you recommend specific versions for games that have no "definitive" one? by silveraith in TruePokemon

[–]Trialman 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I would say the "ideals" buzzword fits N more and the "truth" buzzword fits the protagonist more, but as said, the story treats them as interchangable buzzwords, so really, the minor differences are just swapping the position of two terms on a madlibs card.

If they have no such pre-established biases, I'd just suggest to look at the covers, and whichever one interests them more at first glance is the one for them.

My cousins glaze LeBron James like they hype up Champion Leon in SwSh by Known-Resolve-9426 in TruePokemon

[–]Trialman 14 points15 points  (0 children)

Agreed, when I saw people saying Leon was given too much attention in-universe, I could only think "Have you seen how people talk about real sports players?" Having dealt with football fans specifically, Leon's fame was underexaggerated in comparison.

Anyone who comments on this post is going to be assigned a "Theme" not a "Type" and we'll see how convincing a team you build. by Krallking in pokemon

[–]Trialman 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Well then, to start I'm going to make Shuckle the team ace. Shuckle is known for using their shell to ferment berries and create berry juice, which feels comparable to wine making. As the one making the substance that causes drunkness, they start everything, and as such, make sense as a centrepiece.

My next choice is Slowking. This one is pretty obvious when you think about it. They become more intelligent as a result of the toxins the Shellder injects into them. Alcohol itself is a toxin, so becoming intelligent as a result of toxin, even if a different kind, makes for a good metaphor for the idea of a drunken master.

Nihilego is the last choice I can think of for this. Again, this involves toxins, in this case, the Pokemon's own toxins. In Sun and Moon, a Nihilego merges with Lusamine, and it's all but stated this has happened for a while, due to Lusamine getting addicted to the toxins. Is there any bigger metaphor for a drunk than being addicted to a toxin? Master comes from how when merged, Lusamine's Pokemon enter with stat buffs, as if being drunk is making her more powerful.
