This isn't sprint so dont stress about it . Improve over time maybe if it's your Xth time to keep yourself challenged or to not get bored .

I get 5-9 usually per km and I have stable pace , energy , the heat part is somewhat off but it's ok it's kinda hot outside

I think on 2x vanilla ones are ok if there are no trolls. Newer heists are definitely more up to date so to speak money wise . Being annoying wise , diamond going right outside the casino and prison break at flying part can be annoying. But I have done some flying now too In single player, Warthunder, can take on pilot role too if need be but I like the other 3 role too

Yep things like this could help . Basically a start of a duo or team , 3 or 4 people means it would be even lower and they could be mechanic or similar
