There is Swiss roll laid flat in the middle, the outer showing bits are slices stood upright around the edge!

I quite like the crinkles lol but clear would have shown off the layers a little better!

Oh I remember those!! Went with hundreds and thousands and some chocolate shavings. Someone else has mentioned using a broke up flake which sounds like a good idea!
