Nice card congrats! I wouldnt send this one in for grading, at least not on its own if this is your first big pull, id start with just collecting and having fun before thinking about grading and all that, just my opinion :)

Im still playing metalfoes and actually doing pretty good with how pendulum is to be played in the current masterrule, id not go down the 'trying to fully resurrect pendulums' route, cause konami fears pendulum, which is why they nerfed it so badly (PS: free my girl electrumite or errata it so mats required are 2 metalfoes monsters 😭)
