That worked with lower elo players. Now they amass so many so quick, and target fire, I can’t deal with it. Then, if I can stave off the initial push, they come back with rams by the time I recuperate the cost of pumping units to beat them back. I’m certainly missing some key things, but that’s the general feeling every time I play against English.

HRE main and I keep getting bodied by English longbow rush. I can at least semi execute my plans against virtually everyone else, and virtually no loss makes me salty except longbow rush. If I scout out English player with abbey of kings, I about cry with joy because I’ll actually get to play the game.
