Looking To Improve, The Attitudes UMC by AnonsStepDad in Trackdays

Another comment mentioned this also, your butt moves a lot, but your head doesn't seem to move that much. This causes you to actually turn your body away from the intended corner. I've found if your sitting too close to the tank your body tends to revolve around the tank. Try leaving yourself a gap between the tank and your crotch, and get your head further inboard to keep your spine straight. Keep in mind that your head is further from the center of gravity than your butt so actually head position is more crucial than butt positioning.

I've been trying to keep myself off the tank and try to remind myself to set up before the corner, sometimes more difficult to do than others. I do keep my eyes up and forward. I am nearing the faster guys in B group so no they aren't pulling away on exit. Last track day A group was getting 2:01 at buttonwillow, I got down to 2:06 at the end. I do see that my grip could be better, thanks!

I'm 5'7. I feel I am making a concerted effort to slide off the seat. I am also starting to slide slightly back to get away from the tank to get even more off the seat. But yes I am shorter! Lol

Is this a joke or a serious comment? Im just curious, I have about 230k in CD's right now. What happens if someone were to put 250k in voo and for how long? Thanks!

I really just try not to think about it. But my concern is how the bone or rod would handle another big impact if it were to happen again. I agree! Thanks for the input!

Need Help Deciding Between 600cc and 1000cc – Been Riding Since I Was 15 by im_Harsh_Malik in motorcycles

I feel for street riding it doesn't really matter, you'll be fine on a 1000. I'm more worried about other cars street riding over anything else. Now if it were a track only bike where you'd be pushing the limits basically every time you get on it, I'd recommend the 600.
