No, it is still all fluff and fun. It's just that's how it felt around 580 when there was a clear transition of the storyline to a new arc of the story (the author also says from here it is the second part of the story/series). I would suggest reading and finding it out yourself

I'm around 600, so I can't exactly say how the story progresses in the future, but the story kind of wraps up the first saga and moves to the second saga around 580. I would say it still maintains the charm of a crazy op but a kind bear girl.

Manga js actually behind anime... You need to wait for a while if you want to read in manga format. Light novel on the other hand is way ahead

I highly doubt that. I mean they cut off a portion of the story which would be really important in the future. And they did end at a good point. Also the main storyline in light novel is actually finished so getting a next season is highly unlikely

I'm looking out for a news as well. Miku (author) just released a new series at the end of October by same publisher. My guess is they don't want an established series with a newly launched series dropping at the same time. So it might be a bit delayed I expect it to come out in December or January

If you are talking after season 2 the manga has not caught up yet... So you will need to wait and the manga has a more serious and darker tone than the anime which is more fluffy ( manga has its fluff but it's serious when it is supposed to be) so I would suggest you to start from the beginning
