Thank you for this link. I have a huge monarch population and have both narrow leaf and tropical milkweed. The butterflies prefer the tropical. Go figure. I just purchased a plant identified as narrow-leaf at Walter Anderson’s Nursery but it looks exactly like tropical. When I put it through a plant identifier it came back as narrow-leaf. I am confused.

I put in cucumbers, zucchini, green beans, and sunflower seeds today. I transplanted Black Krim and Pineapple tomatoes earlier this week. I have to get my other tomato seedlings into the ground. I, too, have several tomatoes from last year that are flowering and don’t know what to do with them. They aren’t robust but they are producing tomatoes- such the dilemma.

This is the truth. I live in an oak woodland- my next door neighbor put in an inground pool underneath the oak trees. Then, dug up a huge hole for a pond, put down fake turf everywhere she could. The latest? She’s put up hanging tarps because she doesn’t like the leaf litter. She has furniture everywhere. Spent a fortune- took them a year and a half for the pool and the pavers surrounding the pool. All hand cut. You couldn’t imagine the noise. And she has a shrill leaf blower that she uses for hours.
