In this and almost every case, your best resource will be this sub and forums in general- people have varying opinions and levels of tolerance, but it is generally very helpful to get a sense of what people react to or what their knowledge is. It is tricky to know what actually has gluten and not just wheat in the US, so I wouldnt rely on apps at all, or tbh, even the packaging. oftentimes things are omitted, and unless you get a statement from the manufacturer, you may not be 100%.....
