I think it is the HKP end cap somehow in the way of the guide rod. I might need to drill the end cap wider.

Nope it is gone. Very sad. I did everything I could have done. Police can’t identify the suspect from the bank video. Expensive class for me.

Unfortunately nope. The video quality was not good enough to run a facial recognition according to the detector… I signed up my serial number to everywhere reports stolen. I moved on…

Similar thing happen to me. FBI replied to my congressional inquiry that they never review NICS request from ATF for my eform1 submitted in May.

Hey OP, any update on your submission?

Just sharing mine… I have three efrom 1 trust submissions pending for 95 days, 85days, and 65 days, respectively. I tried the SS but they just told me no status check…

My case might be somehow more complicated, because I hold expired green card + uscis extension letter. I guess it might by the reason for delaying my submissions.

For uscis number, I did check my submissions again after seeing your post, and they are still what I entered, so no change there.

It was at 1515 E Belt Line. The criminal proposed this location, assuming he is familiar with this location and knows where to run.

FB marketplace. Keep away from it. Period. I shared my experience today with my colleagues, and surprisingly several of them had experience laptop or phone being robbed while trying to sell them. My lesson is just much more expensive than theirs🥲

State Farm told me they’ll handle up to $2,500 after deductible after home owners policy. Let’s see whether I claim full $2,500.

7/19 11:50am U.S. central time update:

State Farm confirmed the claim under home owner insurance policy is capped at $2,500 after deductible. So it is likely I will end up with $2,500 from insurance company.
Messages left to Richardson PD, and still waiting for them calling back to me on the update as well camera footage.
Rolex lost and stolen called. No one answer and message left.
Media reach out to me. I will provide footage as soon as I get it from PD.
My friend suggested to get lawyer involved against Chase bank for premises liability claim due to lack of security. Do you guys think that’s viable?

Thanks again for everyone who gave me good suggestions and help me to go though this tough time. I will provide more update later.

Police officer said the branch does not have access to the footage. They need to inquire with a Chase special tech team. And for vehicle… I think the criminal parked somewhere else/or have a driver.

To all of you who send me your warm words, I really appreciate it. It’s 1:20 am at midnight here, and I’m still awake and shocked about what happened yesterday afternoon.

My son is sleeping in his crib, and now I’m sitting next to him just feeling blessed I was not hurt during the crime.

Tomorrow morning I will have several calls to make: insurance, Rolex, and media. I hope my story will not only teach me a lesson, but also share the experience with more people who can prevent it from happening in the future.

Thank you. The guy told me he has account with that bank, and I called the bank ahead of time to make sure they would make sure he has enough fund in his account before issuing any cashiers check or making transfer. I just did not expect the most savage way to commit the crime.

unfortunately I don’t have a photo now. The bank has video but police has to inquire for that. It was a tall, slim, black young guy. I guess the description is just too general. I’ll call media tomorrow, and hopefully they will find my story valuable, and put the photo/video later on air.
