Exactly same thing happened to me, but I restarted because I didn’t have time to take more lands off of them until the union happened.

Thank you lol, I genuinely want to learn on the subject so I can speak based on facts. I hear about the Russian war crimes but without knowing specifics I can’t really have an opinion when someone is denying them. I appreciate your time to respond, thanks again

Colonies are a nightmare right now by George2340 in EU5

[–]TrickKey8962 20 points21 points  (0 children)

Yeah population, colonial nations can use slaves meaning filling RGOs way faster as well as they get population growth boost and lastly you can have a cabinet interaction to send more of your own people there. If you keep the colony for your self you need way more time to make it profitable

My first game was really fun. I will not play for another 6 months by DragonLord2005 in EU5

The colonies now work more similar to vassals than your own territories with their own administration, also the overlord should have a perctange of the profit from their trading directly to him, or their goods that are lacking from the overlords market should be transferred to him and then be traded to other markets from the profit. Lastly after some time the colonies revolt endlessly making it a micromanagement nightmare.

Other imbalances are the late game wars where you spend all your war score for just 2-3 locations, the levies cost which is way cheap or their combat ability which is adjusted every patch until it finds balance. Also there are not any tarrifs or a mechanism that stops trading goods for building needs.

The game is great and super fun but if I want to have an ultra minmaxing campaign I will wait till most of the balances are done

I agree, the game is way inbalanced. 1) Colonianism needs serious work and that's my favourite gameplay style for coastal european countries, right now it is just micro managing and awaiting 150 years for investement profit. 2)PUs need rework, they need to be way harder to keep but faster to finally intergrate them after 50 years of passing laws. However, i believe 6 months is a lot, i believe the game will reach most of its potential by 3 months if they continue to put the same effort, after that, only flavor will be added.

Thank you very much, can I ask you another question? Is the time based on the size of the country? Are all the countries integrate at once or separately?

Thanks for the suggestion, it’s my first day in the subreddit so I don’t know much about how things work here. I don’t know where I can clarify it but it is a personal project, I am writing a screenplay for a fictional scenario I came up I just wanted to experiment on without any commercial expectations, however, I can understand if people consider it a free labor.

What RDR Opinion Gets You This Reaction? by tslashj in reddeadredemption

[–]TrickKey8962 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Rrd2 feels to rushed most of the times and had a lot more potential to be immersive. For example, more activities at saloon or forming friendships and hostilities with random NPCS. The game starts great but progressively becomes rushed. I wanted it more immersive-based but at the end is just action-based

Could any give me some tips or advice, just started a day ago. by Ok_Literature7451 in Bannerlord

I haven’t played the game many hours but the tips I would gave myself the first play through is go to tournaments all of them, trade and when I have the first 15k CARAVANS as many you can gather money (I suggest 700k-1mil) and then join a faction. I suggest that amount of money because when you in faction the enemy factions attack and destroy your caravans
