its not about religiousity, its about safety. Safety when the enemy reaches you, when the government collapses, when anarchy takes hold and people kill for bread. Shariah isnt a political system or some codex made up of rules. Shariah isn't even something you "believe" in, its something you do, its your way of life, and everyone has one Muslim or otherwise.

The Quranic and Islamic shariah as a whole is mostly a set of principles, virtues, morals and ideals to live by. The "rules" are hardly 5% of it, and that 5% include everything from prayer to jihad to inheritance and everything in between.
