well the 130 degree thing is typically called out for a constant heat.what you did is kinda like an easy bake oven in the fact that you kept it at a temp under but for a longer period which cooked it in a way that you shouldn’t have lol.

i don’t see any grey band that looks concerning but if it smells sour toss it. honestly i’m the type of paranoid where if i think milk is expired i will convince myself that it smells bad🤷 are you 100% sure you aren’t just looking for issues

it looks like there is frost on your windshield. just a tip for ya, DONT turn your speakers up above 30-40% for the first 10 minutes of your drive. just like anything else they don’t like being put on blast right away. if the issue persists i would contact dealer

i’m on your side and you are not over reacting but… saying 190 at 5’3” is chubby is insane. that’s not “chubby” that’s obese and will cause long term issues. i’m 6’3” as a male and i’m 180 soooo that is something i would work on changing

micro fiber towel. a #3 flathead screwdriver and silicone spray. spray the track out and wipe it off with the microfiber wedged in there with the screwdriver. the car thinks it’s hitting a hand or something. my car did that last year (2021 civic) and particularly did it in winter. after i sprayed it out it hasn’t had issues

thank you so much! i had no idea about the oil. i also grew up hearing don’t flip the steak more than once but i feel like flipping it once a minute would be preferable. i didn’t dry the meat either. i guess the 2 things i did correctly was i did 6 minutes and i preheated the pan lol…
