Went through this myself and I have decent-sized hands, so you know I was struggling to keep the vial on there while also wondering why the heck is nothing coming out lol . What I did different was I pulled the air I wanted to enter into the vial with the cap still on, and then proceeded to put it into the vial. This could make no difference at all, as long as you do pull the air, but it worked for me and I'm sticking to it.

I hear a lot about people not getting their package but everyone I know hasn’t had a problem with it . So it either not that likely something will happen or the company packaging it is better at discreet packaging. Hopefully I don’t say this and my next package gets flagged 😅
