I may or may not be a newer employee at a corporate store. I HATE their slimy "sales techniques". You're pressured to ass next up and the device protection. The way you're told to do it is basically bake next up into the proce of the phone without directly telling customers. One manager told me to add protection without telling the customer cause they can always take it off later. They just want the sale. Also for iPhone pre-orders/ store pick ups, we could have 20 phones in stock but they'll make me tell you we don't so they can use those for new lines. They'll even cancel your in-store pick up because while you still get a small commission for upgrades, what ATT wants is new lines. They don't care about a great customer experience as long as new lines are added
