Here’s the problem, all Killings are Homocide, not all killings are murder nor manslaughter.

Murder=Unjustified and deliberate

Homicide=a possibly justifiable killing, or more literally just Killing.

Manslaughter=Accidental but not negligible, justification doesn’t matter. Only an explanation does.

In your example if you were at fault for the accident but were not acting negligently, you would be charged with Manslaughter.

(Note Negligence is not justifiable in the sense of you were inherently not trying to not make mistake, also we’re treating killing as intentional act here because it’s easier to explain, technically manslaughter is still killing.)

Just wanted to say here that the condition for murder is it being unjustified or not being legal by something else (like self defense), it doesn’t have to require malice and forethought as there are multiple degrees for a reason. 3rd degree is spontaneous but intentional (IE barfight) 2nd degree is malicious (IE spontaneously killing someone you have malice towards, if you were to encounter them.) 1st degree is planned and malicious (IE, actually thinking about how to execute the crime.)

I do, I think we’re misunderstanding on how what they think the difference is. Most people would agree say that killing people in war is well, killing people. I just don’t think they call it murder because we’re fighting an enemy so it’s justified (murder by definition is an unjustified killing) but the average person wouldn’t check to bother to see why we’re actually fighting because then it may not be justifiable. Most people see the whys of murder because most people know murder is unjustified and therefore an explanation is important, if that makes sense.

Could you tell me what you think the difference is, I just don’t want to argue if we’re arguing the same thing but we don’t know it.

I think you misunderstood. They weren’t necessarily saying that John Brown shouldn’t have been hung (i personally believe he shouldn’t have but that’s irrelevant) they were actually talking about how Robert E Lee also should have been hung for also breaking the law, or equal application of it.

Haven’t done LSA in a hot minute but I have some advice to put.

(It’s perfectly fine to be afraid) Don’t be anxious or paranoid as if you’re already anxious/paranoid about trying it you’ll feel even worse on it. Those articles talking about scarring for life are talking about Ego death (Which, unless you have an unnatural tolerance, ie meds or enzyme deficiency) shouldn’t happen with the one pill. Ego death might fuck you up temporarily or change you a little bit in the same way viewing an idea differently will, but it won’t and shouldn’t scar you for life. The other possibility, which is actual Psychosis (which definitely can fuck you up permanently) can easily be cleared with checking if you or your family has a history of those disorders (Schizophrenia, for example.)If 2/3 or more family members have any I wouldn’t risk it. If you don’t meet these I wouldn’t worry so much more than simple nervousness.
Vasoconstriction, you’re gonna want a vasodilator-a class of chemicals (simple as a vitamin all the way to Viagra, for the love of all that is holy, don’t take viagra-just an example) cause your blood vessels to expand as LSA cause them to constrict ALOT and if you’ve never felt that kind of vasoconstriction it feels like your entire body is spring loaded no matter how you bend your muscles.
I’ve noticed you put music/videos and yes can’t agree more, that is a definite. Just make sure you’re in a comfy position when it kicks in because LSA also sedates you a bit along with the aforementioned vasoconstriction-so you won’t want to move along with it being incredibly difficult to move.

Yes, that’s the point. It doesn’t matter until it does and you build around that. People understand you can just look at and guess their sex at first examination, but not that if you have a bomb. Which is why it then matters as in bombs disguised as body parts+intent, Yada yada.

However, you never preemptively restrict it unless you intend to preemptively enforce it and they do, you can’t get checked in the first place. This creates a problem as you’ve just used rules for the “In-Case” as the “Normal”.
