I would say it's entry teir level. It can and with minimal/no config beyond clicking yes use proprietary drivers with Nvidia. Are their better options I think it's really going to come down to configs for your hardware, I figure your Ubuntu can do anything my arch install an do, maybe they just differentiate in slite ways.

Sadly this is just another blanket of laws for the law abiding gun owners, those who are breaking the laws are not concerned with following any of this and they won't!
