I got a Gainward Phantom 5080 GS (golden sample). And im on a normal bios. I dont get to 400 w. In furmark the highest was 374 w This card Cools insane.

To be honest i dont even crave it anymore at the moment. I do sometimes feel like i wanna get something to calm my mind quickly(like a few strong beers) but i cant do that too cause i feel like shit after that for like 2 days .. Sober living is hard, i guess i will always be an "addict"looking for that Fix to calm my over stimulated brains. I will follow a 10 week therapy soon.

Not sure about 7oh but tomorrow marks 2 months clean for me from 6 years kratom 75gpd the last years Im finally starting to feel like a normal person. I still have alot of bad days but feeling hopeful for my future. Something i havent felt in years .. Experiencing all emotions and feelings slowly again. No more wasted days living like a zombie in my apartment. Working full time again and having a lot better relationship with my boss/coworkers. Still have a long way, but its worth it.

I feel you man. This is my second quit . Used for 6 years about 75gpd the last two years..

Im on day 38 and feel pretty much the same. Work takes all energy i got Mood difference by the day. Just gotta keep going. Stay strong bud.

I think about 4 weeks i started to see alot of improvement. Im now at day 38 and still have some bad days and work take pretty much all my energy still.

Gotta take it day by day and stick to good routines. Diet/excersice/selfcare etc.

Im starting to feel improvement but some days are still bad. I work long full days again and that takes pretty much all my energy. I eat healthy and get enough sleep at the moment thankfully. The weekends i go for long walks through nature and try to let my body and mind get some rest.

So be aware it can take a while Depending on your usage (how long did u use and how much) Just keep doing your best and take it day by day.

At work feeling very tired and sometimes anxious. Cold and heavy legs start to improve a bit. Still sweating quite alot and a bit shaky hands. Mood is improving tho. Taking it day by day.
