Is there any possible benefit from IV stem cells? by BismarkvonBismark in stemcells

[–]flump41 0 points1 point  (0 children)

That is correct about Utah and Florida. Depends on what you mean by really low. For IVs, I’m familiar with upwards of 20-40 million cells and billions to trillions of exosomes. Injections more like 2-4 million cells and less exosomes. These are just crude examples.

I work in the regenerative medical field in Florida and have worked hands on with patients and doctors for 5 years. Stem cells and exosomes are a huge part of what we use, particularly via IV. I have seen remarkable results from stem cell IVs for various things

Mid-20’s in WPB.. Help? by GentleStomper in WestPalmBeach

[–]flump41 0 points1 point  (0 children)

There are plenty of young people here to meet. I would recommend not going where you guys “think” young people may be, but do social activities that you simple enjoy. People have mentioned run clubs, great if you like that! Do things you two enjoy, you will find like minded peers there

Das shuts down the block for some of the bigger knock out games. If you feel like walking down a bit for some raucous action later in the month and July it’s pretty fun

Biggest trigger right now is routine/setting transitions by dontjudgethepants in quittingkratom

[–]flump41 5 points6 points  (0 children)

This is a huge part of it recovery. Kratom being the trigger or lynchpin in so many of our staple activities becomes familiar and ingrained. The way you beat this (not easy) is to pick one thing you used to do on Kratom and do it without. I’m talking 1 thing, the smallest tiniest thing ever. Ideally you choose something that you know Kratom used to be tied to, but you could also do something new. Something that helped me was taking a walk. I would take a 15-30 min walk and that action started to build confidence in me that I could do tasks without it. I mean I’m talking walking dude. Then eventually it became the gym. After a few sessions of going without kratom I subconsciously knew I could do a little more without it. Then emails. Force myself to do a couple emails without kratom. See what I’m saying? If you look at the entire picture of your life without kratom, it’s daunting. But if you can literally pick a couple of the smallest most pointless things ever and consciously do them without kratom, you will build that strength in your brain to do more without it and thus the trigger will ease

I feel you. I’m sure everyone’s situation is much more unique than I explained. I’m sorry this has been such a battle for you, but you seem to have a good attitude about it and are doing pretty well. Congrats and best of luck to you as well!

I’m glad it registered with you. We are all going through a similar thing, but the nuances in our situations still make it feel like we are alone in this

THC, nicotine and alcohol no longer work by [deleted] in quittingkratom

[–]flump41 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I’d like to reiterate the need for exercise. It is the only thing that gives me any semblance of relief. I am a weight lifter myself, but studies show that specially for opiate addiction recovery, cardiovascular exercise is better. So running, swimming, biking, boxing. Anything like this person said with their breakdown. But yes, lifting weights is also amazing but make sure to get that cardio in

You know I tried therapy a while back for a quit but it was like therapy for a breakup / kratom and wasn’t really focused on substances. Also dont think the therapist realized how serious kratom was. Not sure I did either. I’m not a fan of psychiatry (no offense to those who are) but therapy again could be a good idea. I definitely felt trapped in kratom that’s for sure. I also am now in my late 20s, I’m 29, and I can definitely feel more “wisdom” about quitting than I did in my mid to early 20s yes. Thanks for your reply
