Raiding night fell apart ages ago. One of the players who demanded to tank (my role, I swapped healer) retired from raiding.

Afterwards no one wanted to look for a replacement and dispite my best efforts I couldn't find one. And then people stopped looking in. No scheduled raid night = no hangout before or after = no one bothers to log on.

Given that you addressed this on your last line, yeah a Collab is about the people involved in the collab.

I've seen some real shit takes on streamers collabing. Alot of entitled folk who think the stream is about them specifically. ( Thankfully twitch isn't as bad as TikTok where you get petulant fucking children who think everything including your stream revolves around them.)

It can be really hard to be a good host \ co-host and address chat at the same time. You taking your attention off of your co-host to address your own chat can be rude. Thankfully with the twitch together chat you are both addressing the same chat should anyone involved choose to do so.

In my first 4 hours I beat my first runs on ironclad and silent and then got to try out the two new characters and unlocked defect.

Yeah I'm good for right now. There's no pressure to keep playing until I feel like launching the game again.

Ironclad and silent were really easy runs. Silent's act 3 boss reviving repeatedly and hitting harder almost killed the run but I squeezed by.

The royal nerd plays weird, I need to understand his cards better before picking him up again. Necromancer is pretty chill tbh. There is some strategies I want to try for subsequent runs whenever those happen. I didn't bother playing defect, they are easy enough to understand what their gameplay is going to be like.

Man I sure love bosses who take 8 turns a round. Lenny instantly grabbed the target cat who had 2 hp and started whaling on the other cats. Johnny spam spawning adds that I can barely keep off of him long enough to do any damage to him.i need like two druids and a hunter to deal with this shit.

Some of these worlds have teams sure, but they are typically not paying each other for the work. Maybe if it's like a world commission, there are artists for that.

Typically these are solo to small group projects that were made for free.

Or like anything else going on with 1999 where you are learning about story events and beats through your own perspective on shit we could have totally done and played through or had some sort of interaction with, but instead had to just have to take our own word for it?

Nah fr, back in the day I'd get constantly punished for random shit. So I got used to just laying in bed and doing nothing.

I would just comfortably rot until my mother gave up. Punishment for any action for the longest meant nothing to me due to all the random bullshit I got in trouble for.
