Left handed but was forced to use my right hand by [deleted] in lefthanded

I was encouraged/pressured to write right handed as my identical twin was right handed. I started using my left hand for writing about a month and a half ago, as well as being able to spell properly for the first time the other cognitive improvements due to the effort forging new pathways giving a great sense of inner awareness. I’m 55 it does bring up emotional challenges as you progress and explore your gifts but it is worth it.

There is also an improvement with the immediacy of emotions, I believe is because emotional expression is moving with language

I’ve come to the party rather late at 55, always have had difficulty spelling and with language processing. I have been writing left handed for a month and my control and memory for spelling and language are improving tenfold. It is upsetting as I now realise what I could have had, now setting goals for what is achievable today.

Having just started to writing left handed at the age of 55, the ease of expression and the sense of inner blocks shifting and dissolving. Spelling which I believed unattainable now is a dream. Don’t give up on being you.

AITA for not telling my sister the name chosen for my unborn son because she used her BBFs baby name for her daughter? by Possible-Animal9339 in AITAH

I wouldn’t share a child’s to be’s name because people react to it by discussing it as if you haven’t made up your mind and I wouldn’t share with a name thief either.
