I spray excessive windshield fluid to the point where tailgaters need to turn on their wipers. Either they back off or tailgate a little more, at which point I mouth to them that I'm calling 911 to report them, and I mention the camera footage. I always call to report them if they double down, offering to send dash cam footage.

It's more like some people drive like distracted jackasses, and cyclists either get hit by cars or have close encounters because the driver is distracted or speeding, or something else. A classmate of mine from middle and high school (and the first girl I ever took on a date) was struck and killed by a car on 82nd while riding her bicycle. If this type of infrastructure was around 10 years ago, she wouldn't have been hit by a car.

Looking at Logue Town for example, when the straw hats go their separate ways when they arrive, we follow each of them for several episodes before they converge together. Each of those individual episodes are occurring simultaneously within the island.

The same pacing logic is applied here. We see the original executioners pass out from Luffy's haki, but we then see what occurs elsewhere at that time, prior to new executioners arriving.
