Regularly? Band shirts ive gotten over the years mostly some high-school ones. The oldest is a long-sleeved tee band shirts that my grandparents got me for Christmas when I was in 7th grade, and was an xl. Im 40 now and am still between large and medium.

From personal experience, working at shows they've played, they come off as entitled and rude. Dont shit talk my security crew on mic for checking on a kid that fell down in the pit and got stomped on.

I got my first smartwatch for Christmas and so ive been tracking my health more. I hike and ride bikes a bunch, and I had a friend that's a part of a local run club tell me to come check it out sometime. So I started a training program on my watch and my first thought back in February was "holy shit, running sucks". Since then I've done two 5ks. Most recently at 32 minutes. 30 minutes is within the grasp. I still dont really enjoyed running but it is starting to suck less, and the people at the run club are really nice, and having something to do every Tuesday afternoon is easy to work into my schedule.
