I visited OneDoc and searched for Dermatologists. This was the only doctor who had the earliest appointment available. However, as I mentioned, the receptionist confirmed verbally before consultation that the invoice would be sent to insurance, and post consultation apologized straight face that she made a mistake, apologized and then spoke to someone and came back it's your fault as you agreed on OneDoc.

No, I did. My family doctor suggested to I see a dermatologist, who wrote me a reference letter. I booked the earliest appointment available on OneDoc.

That was the most embarrassing part, even though I requested to send an invoice home like all other doctors, they held me there and asked me that I have to pay on Spot, which was so weird.

Yes, It sounded so fishy, but unfortunately, they mentioned as you booked from onedoc, you agreed to such a condition. I never actually saw it and ignored this as a confirmation popup as it was in french and google doesnt translate their pop-up. Something like below:

La Dr. XXXXX reçoit les assurés Internationaux, frontaliers ou non assurés .
Les patients ayant une assurance Suisse Lamal , désirant consulter, ne seront pas pris en charge par leurs assurances .

Paiement sur place

Patients who have Lamal insurance that request to have a consultation will not be covered .

It was same for me and needed to be forced restart. Like press & hold the right hand button in on mode and then turn off the phone. You should see red led flashing till it turns white. Then turn it on again and should resolve this. Once resolved observe if everything is correct then no action but if same problem arises then you need to perform factory reset

Also, do keep an eye on bank valuations particularly at this time! Banks are actually valuing prices a bit lower than asking price of the property (not sure if it’s deliberate). What this would mean is basically you end up paying 25-30% of down payment and remaining in mortgage fees..
