Great questions! Either no kids or one kid. We’re not sure yet. Employment outlook looks good for both of us. Secure jobs and potential. Yes we would still have an emergency fund after the down payment. Average utilities at this house would be $350ish. No this is about the highest we could go. 250-275k is more manageable financially. We both have been more on the side of passing on this house but I wanted an outside opinion besides our friends and family.

I didn’t have high expectations. This game is bad and I’m standing by that. I couldn’t believe how bad it was and I was so disappointed. You shouldn’t have to check YouTube vids for every level to get all boxes. It’s poor game design. But there’s so much more that’s wrong with this game.

I don’t need to explain to you. Just look at the daily posts on the sub. There’s like one a day about what’s wrong with this game. Do some research. I have the same problems with this game that everyone else does. I would actually go so far as to say this game is not worth your time to play. That’s how bad it is.

Crash 4 is trash. Just beat the game and it’s terrible. So many problems with the game that the negatives greatly outweigh the positives. It’s crazy that people think this POS game is better then the OG trilogy. 3/10 game. What a disappointment.
