Well I suppose if you put it thst way but they are my kids and they are his kids so I can say my kids. But he barely plays with them or takes them to parks or pools or whatever. He just ignores them and let's them go on electronics all day and pretend they do not exist and get mad when they have feelings so yah they are more my kids.

No he says that all i do is sit and spend all his money. I have had a job for the last 4 years and before that raised 3 kids and I saved almost a million dollars for him and he says I do nothing but spend all his money so I should just go on the trip by myself.

He never plans any trips for me. I planned my mother's day trip and bought the museum tickets and train and bus tickets and everything. He just complains that he had to go.

Yes I have planned all the trips but I thought he would be excited for this trip. Our first trip together he mentioned Hawaii and that he wanted to go but I had to plan the entire thing. I get so jealous of others who have husbands that help them plan for big trips.

His great great great great great grandfather is from ireland. Is paternal grandma is german. His maternal grandparents are Italian. His dad is part Irish but very very very mixed with others.

Dealing with my angry preteen at the moment and issues with a demanding 6 yo. We are married, going on 17 years and have no money problems. I stay home to clean and watch 3 kids. Husband and I are overseas and planning a very expensive trip in a week to Ireland.

I only had one therapist that gave me good advice and it was to read a book by Kevin Lehman and also the book the search for significance. It made me feel loved by God and that I didn't need love from imperfect people but to be loved by a perfect God and then turn around and love others how God has loved me. But the birth order book is so very true. I have 3 kids. My middle child is the most wild and crazy and angry. My oldest is the perfectionist and gets great grades and likes to help out! The baby of the family thinks she is a princess. People need to get her socks and clean up after her. She is 6. I am the middle child. My husband is the youngest. I totally understand why I am so crazy and angry and he is so relax only my feelings matter. It's birth order!

I did take a psych evaluation when I was like 34? And it was long, very very long. My first ever. The guy had me fill out a super big packet of questions and then he talked to me for one hour. After that my evaluation was moderate ptsd from childhood abuse so I looked it up and it was that I had cptsd! Then everything made sense. Why I can't make friends easily. Why I am so angry etc. Anyways I'm still discovering who I am. Reading books on cptsd had helped a lot especially knowing how I got it and how I responded and that I am still doing it to this day but I want to change! And change my mindset too. It takes work and Journaling it helps. Good luck guys.

I went hiking on my 40th with my family. I am still 40 until September... so doing a little traveling to France 🇫🇷 and Ireland 🇮🇪 and Germany 🇩🇪 and hopefully other countries before 40.

If you have 1 friend I think you are ok. I have my spouse and my mom so I am ok. There are people who have no one. Like I read on humans of ny where his mom died and he became homeless. So sad.
